Legacy through Service. Progress with Purpose.

Entrepreneurship serves best when it uplifts, empowers, and educates others.

-Ridim Agarwal

Walking through the factory floor holding my father’s hand at the age of 10, I smelled the raw compounds for the first time, heard the clinking of glass bottles, and saw the respectful nods of workers who had stood beside my family for decades.

That day, my father didn’t tell me I’d inherit a business. He simply passed down what his father had told him about livelihood:

“Whatever you do, let people feel safer, healthier, and stronger because of it…”

That stayed with me, even today.

Years later, my journey began not from the top, but from the ground, not in title, but in truth. Learning the field. Listening to customers, patients, and employees. Understanding pain points before profits.

Hi, I’m Ridim Agarwal.

A third-generation entrepreneur by lineage, and a builder of a purposeful institution by choice.

I’ve spent over 15 years reimagining healthcare delivery, training pharma professionals, investing in innovation and helping the ones in need through social welfare initiatives.

This is where I share my journey and extend an invitation to connect, collaborate, and contribute to society with me.

Scholar & Orator

While I’ve always valued learning and often did well academically, I believe true education begins beyond the classroom. What shaped me most was the curiosity to see how business, healthcare, and people’s lives connect in practice.

My work in mentoring, pharma training, and grassroots entrepreneurship is built on stories, not slides. As a speaker and mentor, I share lessons from my journey, the successes and the setbacks. Over the years, I’ve also trained pharma teams with a focus on “training the trainer” to help them engage more meaningfully with patients.

Beyond my ventures, I stay engaged with Laghu Udyog Bharti, sharing experiences and supporting small businesses in my community.

Entrepreneur

From the factory floor to national distribution, I’ve spent years helping scale legacy businesses and build new ventures that serve real needs. My work has focused on making systems simpler, more ethical, and built to last.

Through R’Keon (Optho) Life Sciences, we’ve modernized ophthalmic and general formulations. With PharmOptyx and Obligo Distribution, we created transparent supply chains and hospital-based care that put patients first.

Beyond pharma, I co-founded R’Korp Enterprises to invest in thoughtful development, and helped establish Ek Guzaarish - Shri R.K. Agarwal Memorial Foundation, blending enterprise with social purpose.

Philanthropist

Through Ek Guzaarish – Shri R.K. Agarwal Memorial Foundation, I’ve channelled personal responsibility into social action centered on accessible healthcare and human dignity.

Over time, the foundation has worked to support people facing serious health challenges, offering help that respects their circumstances and self-worth. Whether it’s medical assistance, health education, or community outreach, the focus remains on creating steady, meaningful impact rather than one-time gestures.

For me, this work isn’t charity, it’s simply a way to honor the values my family has always stood for.

And If you’re here with a purpose - I’d love to hear it.
