From Legacy to Leadership
Building With Head, Heart, and Hands
Growing up, I never considered any path other than entrepreneurship. Factory visits weren’t just rituals, they were moments that connected me to something larger and more meaningful. Over time, that early curiosity became a clear sense of purpose.
During my graduation and post-graduation years, I spent more time at the company. First observing, then taking on small responsibilities. I started as a business development executive, managing day-to-day operations and learning the details you don’t see in presentations.
I watched the business feed families, not just mine, but dozens of others who showed up every morning before sunrise. I saw my father handle supply disruptions, salary days, quality audits, and everyday challenges with the steady calm of a surgeon.
When I stepped in fully, there was no ribbon-cutting ceremony. It was steady fieldwork.
I listened to my colleagues and customers who pointed out where we were falling short. I tracked returns, understood how products performed in the real world, and learned the business from the ground up.
In 2019, I became Director after seven years as an executive.
